Lunch was included in the tour at the Belmont Estate. It featured a buffet style lunch with one appetizer, one dessert, and a local fruit juice. I chose starfruit juice and J got orange. The orange was actually better. The dining area was open aired and very spacious, but service was slow even though there were plenty of people working.

Our second stop on the Sunsation Tour was the Nutmeg Processing Center in Gouyave. The tour was short, to the point, and very informative. I love these quick tours because it doesn’t drag on and on and you’re not bored out of your mind.  (more…)

We didn’t have time for a full breakfast this morning. We had to be out the door at 8:35am to meet the tour bus downstairs. We had soft boiled eggs, cut up papaya, and nutmeg cocoa for a quick breakfast before we started the day long tour. (more…)
