St. George’s Hospital, Battleship, and Breadnuts in Grenada
We went to the hospital in St. George’s to visit our friend that broke his arm. He broke it so severely that he had to undergo surgery. We figured a quick visit would probably cheer him up. (more…)

St. George’s Harbor View
We went into to town today and made the trek up hill to St. George’s Fort where we took this amazing shot. The harbor is a safe place for sailors to dock their boats because the mountains shield them from choppy waters. It’s still as can be and a sight to be seen.

Body and Soul Gym and a Lambi Callaloo Lunch in St. George’s – Grenada Day 3
We started the morning off with a 10 minute warm up jog down the hill to Body & Soul gym. J got memberships yesterday dirt cheap. We’re going to be able to work out and take yoga classes for about $1 USD a day for the time we spend here. The gym is top notch. There are free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and a large open room for various instructors teaching different courses. We had a good work out this morning and headed into town to explore.
