St. George’s, Grenada – Day Tour

Look what we found on the side of the road. It’s a Post Office in Grenada. I’m not sure how reliable the postal service is here but the office looks awesome. There’s not a line, people are friendly, and I don’t have to deal with a bunch of questions about what I’m sending out. (more…)

Body and Soul Gym and a Lambi Callaloo Lunch in St. George’s – Grenada Day 3

We started the morning off with a 10 minute warm up jog down the hill to Body & Soul gym. J got memberships yesterday dirt cheap. We’re going to be able to work out and take yoga classes for about $1 USD a day for the time we spend here. The gym is top notch. There are free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and a large open room for various instructors teaching different courses. We had a good work out this morning and headed into town to explore.
