Grenada Pictures

J took some amazing pictures that I wanted to share. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I want to believe that this wonderful creation below is a throw away boat that the kids have taken over and are currently rowing around the bay. I am not 100% certain though. :)

Yummy Veggie Curry made from St. George’s Fruit and Spice Market – Grenada Day 4

grenada-spice-marketWe took another bus ride into St. George’s today for more fresh produce and fruit. Saturday is the busiest day so the selection is the largest. One thing that we love about the market is how clean and pristine they keep the area. Trash actually goes into the trash cans; the people here really respect their land. It’s awesome. (more…)

Body & Soul Gym

Body & Soul Inside

We started the morning off with a 10 minute warm up jog down the hill to Body & Soul gym. J got memberships yesterday dirt cheap. We’re going to be able to work out and take yoga classes for about $1 USD a day for the time we spend here. The gym is top notch. There are free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and a large open room for various instructors teaching different courses. We had a good work out this morning and headed into town to explore.
