While J and I were on a leisurely stroll we spotted these two young fellows with their catch. These guys went spear fishing and caught some pretty neat looking fish. I believe these are puffer fish.

I recently found out that you could regrow bok choy by simply cutting off the ends and putting them in water. After a week, roots should be shooting from the ends and you should see some greens showing on top. It was such a neat experiment. Check out the progress below.

B’s Hot Spot was recommended to us about a month ago. It’s located in St. George’s right in the Carenage. It’s air conditioned inside and the roti is good. It’s different from the other rotis that everyone sells, but it’s still very nice. 

We took a stroll down to Quarantine Point where the school kids had a field trip to fly kites. It’s a nice little area sponsored by the Rotary Club with low grass, tables, chairs, and great views all around.

On our way to the humongous Parque Arauco Mall in Las Condes, we walked through the rose garden. It is absolutely free and the roses there are beautiful. I really enjoyed that part of our walk and wish we lived closer so that we could visit it more often.
